KVM is considered a 'Professional' option. A hardware firewall is treated the same way. To avail of these option, you must pay the professional usage charge.

I see, hidden under "Professional Usage".

What is this "Add-ons Option" charge for? Did not expect that!

In the Manager, select your server and you should see KVM under "Services".

I've logged in to managerv3 but I cannot see anywhere option to request KVM. How I can request KVM for my existing server?

Okay, cool, thanks.

I am considering to buy KVM support for my dedicated server, but I would like to be really happy with it. Unfortunately my previous experience with KVM switches is not the best.

What is the period of time for money back guarantee if it turns out I am not happy with KVM service?

Regards,
Mikolaj

It uses VNC to communicate and the hardware is non-specific USB KVM.

Niall,

Not really. I still don't know is it ActiveX or Java, Flash or VNC protocol used to communicate with KVM.

Would you mind telling me what is exact model used in your environment?

Is this one? http://www.adder.com/uk/products/IPEPS.aspx

Cool, thanks.

- How does KVM work?

- Is it ActiveX, Java, Flash, VNC based solution?

- Does it work in web browser?

- or I need to use some proprietary application?

- or any VNC client

- is traffic between me (my private computer) and your KVM encrypted?

Regards,
Mikolaj

Apologies, that is an error. Setup is a once-off fee of €149. Price is €19 per month. I will have that fixed asap.

Hi,

Sorry, but I don't understand KVM prices. So how much does it cost then?

Setup fee: Euro 149 / Month
Price / month: Euro 19 / Month

Is it 168 Euro per month?
