I made a mistake of switching my /24 block over to a unfunctional vrack and now need the /24 block immediately switched back to my server. Your vRack has to much red tape when it comes to virtual machines. Please put our /24 block back to the server requested, have been waiting over 5 days for this.

Hi Speedy,

Our incident staff deal with network and hardware issues in as timely a manner as possible. Issues of server administration are only considered critical by the server administrator.

Just curious, does the ovh.ie staff have enough people to handle the tickets/questions? Seems like questions take days upon days for answers, even 12 hour critical tickets take 72+ hours. Does the ovh.ie plan on hiring more people to help out?
