Think I see it now - the first page of the SatNav process has no link
back to the Manager. I've passed the details onto our development team.

Thanks for the feedback.

Niall.

There is no "Home" link on the left-hand side, or anywhere on the page
for that matter.

This option was not available when I posted my feedback. I'm glad to
see things are being improved.

You can logout of the manager by clicking on the red on/off button in
the top right corner of the page.

Hi,

While in the SatNav process, you can use the "Home" link on the
left-hand side to return to the Manager homepage. As you continue to
browse, SatNav will ask you to confirm that you wish to continue without
its help.

Here's my 2 cents on the control panel so far:

I like the simplicity offered in most of its features. Most options are
self-explanatory.

However:

No option to logout? This seems a bit odd, maybe I'm missing something?

From within SatNav, there doesn't appear to be any option to go back to
manager homepage? Is this deliberate or is it a bug in the system?

It's been said, but I need to echo the sentiments of the OP -
reinstalling OSes is a breeze and is really user friendly. I can
honestly say I've never seen such a swift automated service.

Good job guys.

That information is made available to our datacentre technicians in the
case that there are further issues with the server. Also, the hardware
reboot is not always advisable and a valid reason should be provided
before "Pulling the plug".

The backup options that you see are not available with the Kimsufi L
server.

To find additional IP's, select your server, go to "Services" -> "IP
Failover".

I spent a while playing around with the control panel and I must say I
am very impressed with it.

I thought i'd start this thread to list things that we /I like about it
and things that could be fixed or changed.

Things I liked:
Reinstalling OSes, really like the way it gives you a count down with
what its doing right now.
USB Disks, handy.
FTP backup.

Things I don't like/don't understand the reason behind:
Having to give a reason for hard rebooting, Why? I Got scared the first
time I had to restart.
No backup option, I see that there is two there but I can't seem to do
anything with them.
Not sure where to order addional services like extra IPs and stuff.

Thats just some of the things that I came across so far, I'm sure there
is other things but I can't think of any atm.
