vKVM Problems

Why is it that all ubuntu FTP mirrors don't work with the vKVM? This
even includes OVH's own mirror, but when I get someone to just rename
the .iso on their FTP server it works perfectly? Are OVH blocking ubuntu
ISOs??

I'm at ks370354.kimsufi.com

vKVM returns the error "Can't find file
ftp://ie.releases.ubuntu.com/mirrors/ubuntu-releases/9.04/ubuntu-9.04-server-i386.iso"
when I try to start the server.

Mine is ks370211

I had installed Ubuntu 9.0*, upgraded and rebooted. I wasn't able to
ssh back in. Ping was showing the machine was up.
I wasn't able to get an email with rescue-mode or something under the
netboot. Also tried netbooting a kernel, didn't work.
The reinstall OS keep returning a empty response under the .IE domain
for most of the day. Went to the .com version and installed in French
which seemed to actually display a page, and installed dapper which
seemed to come back on reboot.
The expire date on the web manager
"Creation date: 2009-07-04
Expire date: 2009-10-04"
was originally 2009-7-04 e.g the same day as creation. And now its 3
months ahead even though I'm pretty sure I signed up under the 12month
period as was mentioned to do?

Mines working but those were some of the problems I had which he might
have had also, but everything seems to be working(I can reboot! )
except the expire date seems to be off I think.

who are you ? what is your dedicated server's name ?

you have to add in the feedback a minimum technical information.

I've set the netboot to vKVM, and entered my mail address, and rebooted
the machine three times. Each time the machine has come back up (I can
ping it etc.), but I haven't received a username and password to
connect.
