Rescue Pro - Not Sending Root Account Details

Also, if the system went into rescue, but you didn't get the email, you can check in Manager to see the emails sent (assuming it was just a delivery issue and not ovh system generation issue)... System allows you too see all emails in Manager.

If the hdd has failed in a way that it is slow or hangs on queries then the rescue mode can take a long time to start.

The best way is to add your SSH key in the manager, then you can login to rescue without having to wait for the email with password.

Hi! - my server was put in rescue mode by OVH, as the HD is defective. I want to attempt a backup, but how do I get the account details now so I can ssh into the box? I tried a reboot with rescue pro active, but it didn't send the email (and I put in my email).
