[VIP status]

All OVH customers can get VIP. For more information you can look at it here

In the past, the way incidents were treated was on a first come first served basis. With VIP, your incident gets priority over other incidents. The other principal still applies (first come first served) as usual.

Have you heard about VIP status, guys? No?

I heard about it first time when I was trying to get support for my server. I was told, I must wait hours to turn my server on, as I am not a "VIP Customer".

Accidentally, I was checking with my friend Polish version of OVH, ovh.pl - and, I have found a VIP pricelist! Yes, there is VIP status, and without purchasing VIP status, you will be treated like a second class customer.

The thing is, you cannot even purchase it, it is only in Polish pricelist!

So, you are just a second class customer, and you cannot buy a first class ticket.

OVH is exploring higher levels our patience, indeed.
