Change ip address in manager?

We have escalated this to our tech team, so hopefully we can get something sorted to show that when you have paid for an order, you can see it in your manager (orders in progress) before the service is actually deployed.

Hi Jane,
I opened a ticket and the issue is resolved. The order was in progress but I had no indication of that. I was left guessing until I got an email saying that the order was complete. It would be a good idea to make the customer aware of the fact that once the invoice is complete the order is not complete.

Hi,
I've ordered a ip failover for 1 euro per month but had no option to select a location.The manager says "
At the moment you have 0 available slot(s) and 0 additional IP slot(s).
You have any 0 unused slot(s)." My credit card was charged. Does this order need to be processed? There is no order listed as in progress and it doesn't show up as an invoice.

How do I change my ip address in the manager? I want to select a uk ip address. I've searched the manager but can't find where this option is.
