Unable to access my kimsufi server

Long story short someone was hitting our server with dos or something and I think the ips got null routed which I expected them to be I wish I would have kept that vps account suspended though.. however it's bit me in the butt due to I've been unsuccessful at accessing my server for about 72 hours and waiting on support since I don't think there is much I can do on my end rebooting doesn't help me neither either way I'm stuck with downtime

A friend of my thought it would be
- null routed
- the switch board was turned off

Hopefully staff member can either verify I'm right or wrong
